Refunds can be given on any returned lashes item which is sent back within 30 days of receiving, after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive to our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.
Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees, if any, are not liable to be refunded.

TRAINING COURSES
Please note; we can refund your total courses fees if you change your mind unto 7 days before your course starts, if the kit has not yet been posted out. If the kit has been posted, we will refund in full once we receive the kit by return.
Once you have attended the training day or started your online lessons no refunds will be offered in any circumstances.
If you feel uncertain about your ability or the trainer feels you need more help at the end of the course , we offer you to return or go over the lessons as many times you need, this free of charge until you feel confident.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
