How is the course delivered?

All your theory sessions are completed online with a mix of videos and training materials you can work through at your own pace.

Once you’ve finished your theory, you’ll join us for an in-person practical session where your tutor will guide you through everything. Oh, and lunch is on us! 🍴✨

Do I need to buy materials for the course?

We’ll send you everything you need to complete your course—including a doll head for your practical day if you don’t have a model. Your kit is packed with all the essentials to get you started:

Do I need to get a Build Guild Membership?

Yes, you’ll need to purchase a Student Guild Membership to join the course. The Guild is the UK’s largest beauty membership body and accredits our training. The student membership costs £25 and gives you access to all GTi training courses for 3 months.

Once you’re qualified, you can choose to upgrade to full membership, but it’s completely optional. After enrolling, we’ll send you a link to purchase your student membership—quick and easy, so there’s no need to stress! ✨

What will I learn on the course?

You’ll learn everything you need to know about lashes and becoming a lash technician!

To complete one of our lash courses, you’ll need to finish our online theory modules. For lash extension courses, this includes three sets of modules, two of which will be online.

There’s no rush to finish everything in one go—you can log in and out whenever suits you.

Once you’ve completed your training, you’ll receive two certificates issued by The Beauty Guild and accredited by them, plus one certificate accredited by PBD. This allows you to get Public Liability insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients from home or on the go! 💕

Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied with a course?

We want you to feel great about your course! If something’s not right, let us know, and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns. Still not happy? We’ll provide a refund within our policy terms because your satisfaction means everything to us! 💖

How do I receive my certificate after completing a course?

After completing the course, and once your trainer is confident in your progress, your certificate will be emailed to you within 1-2 working days. Simple as that! 📧✨
